On June 19, 2026, Lee International IP & Law hosted a seminar featuring Mr. Choi Woo-Jun, Head of the Unfair Trade Investigation Division at the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy (MOTIE), on the topic of "The Korea Trade Commission’s Unfair Trade Practice Investigation System."

The seminar began with an introduction to the Korea Trade Commission (KTC), followed by presentations covering the legal framework and investigation procedures for unfair trade practices, recent enforcement trends and notable cases, coordination with related systems administered by other government agencies, and the support mechanisms available for unfair trade practice investigations.

Following the presentations, attendees participated in an interactive Q&A session, exchanging views on practical issues arising in the investigation of unfair trade practices and the application of the current regulatory framework.
