Benjamin Koo is a US Patent Agent at Lee International IP & Law since 2018. He has been working in preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for various clients including foreign clients and large corporations. Mr. Koo also lends his expertise on patent prosecution matters through his extensive experience as a former U.S. Patent Examiner.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Koo had worked as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for over 12 years where he had been active in patent examination in various mechanical technologies including biomedical devices, surgical tools, and related medical instrumentation.
