Min-Hee Kim is in charge of trademark and design related matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Kim has been handling trademark/design applications and trials at Doosung Patent Law Firm (2005-2008) and Sunyoung International Law Office (2008-2011) on behalf of major conglomerates in Korea such as LG Electronics, LG Innotek, LG Display, Daewoo Electronics and District Heating Corporation as well as famous global companies such as Facebook, NTT(Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation) among many others.

In 2011, she joined to Korean Intellectual Property Office as Deputy Director where she undertook examination on domestic trademark applications (2011-2012) and international policy matters in the field of trademark (2013-2014) at the Trademark Design Examination Bureau. There, Ms. Kim was responsible for the globalization of the Korean trademark system while attending TM5 Annual Meeting (2013-2014), INTA Annual Conference (2014), WIPO SCT (2015 and 2017) and Madrid working group (2013) as a delegate of Republic of Korea and preparing/attending a bilateral conference with JPO (2014).
In addition, at the International Trademark Applications Examination Division (2015-2017), Ms. Kim handled examination on international trademark applications designating South Korea under Madrid system. Based on such experience, she served as a trademark examiner in Madrid Operations Team 3 in WIPO (Head Office in Geneva) from 2018 to 2019.

Min-Hee Kim is a patent attorney with ample experience in all aspects of representation, examination, policy related affairs on trademark and design, having specialty not only in application and registration in the field of trademark and design on behalf of clients but also in substantive examination and formality examination on the Korea Intellectual Property Office and WIPO Madrid examination.

Ms. KIM earned her B.A. in German Language and Literature, English Language and Literature from Hanyang University in 2002, MBA in International Business Management from Kyung Hee Graduate Institutes of Peace Studies in 2005. She speaks fluent English and has French proficiency, and is a member of the Korean Patent Attorneys Association.
