Introduction

John K. Min is a partner and senior foreign legal consultant at Lee International IP & Law Group. His practice is primarily focused on labor and employment, entertainment, real estate, securities and corporate matters in the banking and investment industry, and international business transactions representing multinational and domestic corporations. Mr. Min's extensive experience in the labor and employment practice includes, but is not limited to, employment-related agreements, collective bargaining agreements, employment rules and policies, dismissals, employee benefit plans, and labor issues related to mergers and acquisitions, business transfers and general corporate restructuring. In addition to his labor and corporate practice, Mr. Min regularly advises entertainment companies and celebrities on concert productions, licensing, endorsements, and general legal matters.

He has published numerous articles on labor and employment and other legal matters for the International Lawyers Network (ILN), International Bar Association (IBA), Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), and the Korea Herald. Also, Mr. Min has appeared on major Korean television networks where he discussed legal issues pertaining to social networking service, among other current trends.

Prior to joining Lee International IP & Law Group, Mr. Min was with the law offices of Hwang Mok Park P.C. (2005~2007) and Kim & Kim Law Offices (2003~2005).
